Six years ago I had all three kids in sports and spent a lot of time sitting on bleachers for basketball practice. I decided instead of playing games on my phone I would start making gifts for the holidays and birthdays. I started making hats. Some of the parents watched me then asked me if I sold them. I hadn’t until that point but answered yet. I sold a dozen in a week. After that I did a craft show at my children’s daycare and was told I should start an Etsy shop. So I did and GIFHZDesigns was born. But no one really understood that name and I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. So my old shop closed and re-opened as Quirk Indy. It is something I had wanted to do for a while so I could incorporated other interests I have and work towards my ultimate goal of having a store front which would be a gallery, gift and goodie shop.
